Our practice began with the intellectual property law practice founded by C. Lamont Whitham on January 1, 1979. With the addition of Marshall M. Curtis and Michael E. Whitham, the practice grew to become the firm of Whitham, Curtis & Whitham. On November 1, 2001, Whitham, Curtis & Christofferson was founded by Michael E. Whitham, Marshall M. Curtis, and Clyde R. Christofferson as successor to Whitham, Curtis & Whitham. Robert N. Cook joined the firm in August 2003 and became a principal as of January 1, 2004. C. Lamont Whitham is of counsel to Whitham, Curtis, Christofferson & Cook and continues to participate in all aspects of the firm's practice.
